Dog bins and littering

Dog waste bins

All the dog waste bins in the village are owned and maintained by Balderton Parish Council. The locations of our bins can be viewed here on our website.

Newark & Sherwood District Council empty the bins on behalf of the Parish Council once a week. Bins with heavy usage are emptied twice a week.

General public waste bins

Balderton Parish Council manage and empty the bins at Coronation Street Park and Balderton Lake. We have a contract with Newark and Sherwood District Council to empty our bins and Balderton Cemetery and St Giles churchyard.
