The following planning applications were considered and approved subject to any
comments detailed below:
0975 Variation of wording to condition 4 Land at Balderton Hospital
1052 Install door to make flat self contained 69 Main Street
1087 Conservatory 68 Manners Road
1095 Conservatory 11 Lowfield Lane
1107 71 Dwellings Phase 4B Land at Balderton Hospital
1121 Extension to garage to form games room 7 Glebe Park
1132 Directional sign & facia Lakeside Centre
1133 CCTV & external lighting to alleyway Lakeside Centre
1163 Double wooden gates to entrance drive 77 Main Street
1164 As above re listed consent 77 Main Street
The following planning applications were considered and objected to with the
following comments:
1131 First floor extension 81 Macaulay Drive
1186 Extension 10 Browning Road
1188 Single storey extension 12 Goldsmith Road
For the above three applications members urged the planning committee to hold a
site meeting in view of the size of the extensions and the possible impact on
neighbouring properties.
1146 Extension to form garden room & studio 48 Bullpit Road
Members consider this to be backland development and concerns were expressed
regarding the possible future use of the detached extension.
NCC Change of use of existing modular building Chuter Ede Primary School
Members are concerned about the extra vehicles that this could generate and the
possible adverse effect on neighbouring properties.
