Minutes of the Planning Committee meeting held in
the Council Hall on Monday December 18th 2006 at 9.30am
PRESENT Councillors Mrs Brooks (Vice Chairman in the chair), Gibson, Mrs
Newstead and Sheppard with the Clerk
APOLOGIES were received from Councillors Allsopp and Colman.
DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST Cllr Mrs Brooks declared a personal interest to
planning application for Flowserve, no.1639
0032 Planning Applications
The following planning applications were considered and approved subject to any
comments detailed below:
1625 Bungalow and conservatory (revised) Adjacent to 10 Glovers Lane
1776 Twenty four x 2 storey offices etc. Fernwood Business Park
1812 Increase number of children from 30 to 34 52 London Road
1826 2 bedroom bungalow 2 Brooke Close
1833 Loft conversion & single storey extension 1 Belvoir Place
1836 3 no. three storey four bed dwellings Land at Balderton Hospital
1837 25 no. 1, 2 & 3 bed dwellings Land at Balderton Hospital

Members agreed that this application should be given further detailed
consideration at a later meeting to fully allow any associated issues to be
fully discussed. It is understood that a meeting is to be arranged about the
application between the District Council planning department and interested
parties in the new year. The Clerk had obtained approval for the Council’s
response to be deferred to the end of January.
