0001 Planning Applications
The following planning applications were considered and approved subject to
any comments detailed below:
1399 Erection of 70 dwellings
(amended) Fernwood
1499 Conservatory 10
Meadow Road
The following planning applications were considered and objected to with comments detailed below:
1311 Change use from shop(A1) to Chinese food take-away (A3)33 Main Street
Members considered that this is an unsuitable location for this type of business. Odours generated from the cooking would have a detrimental affect upon neighbouring residents and properties. The junction there is already busy and at times congested - this type of business would create more traffic than the present type of use, particularly during evenings.
