the Council Hall on Tuesday November 28th 2006 at 10.00am

0030 Planning Applications
The following planning applications were considered and approved subject to any
comments detailed below:
1107 74 dwellings with garages Land at Balderton Hospital
1625 Bungalow and conservatory (revised) Adjacent to 10 Glovers Lane
1690 Wind turbine on end gable 24 Clement Avenue
1694 Single storey extension, raising roof pitch Byron London Road Members
considered that this should be approved subject to the dwelling remaining single
storey in the future.
1706 Car port Adjacent to 10 Glovers Lane
1718 Conservatory 1 Sykes Lane
The following applications had been reviewed previously by members when a
meeting had been scheduled but was not quorate. The following applications had
been recommended for approval:
1541 Demolition of glasshouse 90 Main Street
1584 New dwelling with conservatory 44 Dale Way
1608 Replace flat roofs with pitched 1 Marlowe Drive
1616 Change of use to violin making The Council Hall
1654 Conservatory 8 Shelley Close

The following application had been refused with the following comment:
1397 Demolition of office for 4 town houses Toll Bar House
This was considered to be out of keeping with the character of the surrounding
area as three storey properties will have an adverse affect upon surrounding
residential properties.
