PRESENT Councillors Gibson (in the Chair), Mrs Hurst, Mrs Jarvis and Mrs
Newstead with the Clerk.
APOLOGIES were received from Councillors Colman, Mortimore and Sheppard.

The following planning applications were considered and approved subject to any
comments detailed below:

0559 2 Storey extension with conservatory & alterations 177 London Road
0568 Porch, orangery, brick walls with fixed seating, 2 Glebe Park
extension to upper floor to provide en suite &
dressing room & replacement windows
Members considered that building materials used in any extension should match
existing and be in keeping with original building.

The following planning applications have been approved by the District Council
and were noted:

The following application has been refused by the District Council and was
