The Parish Council Cemetery with Garden of Remembrance has entrances on Mount Road and Belvoir Road.

Approximately one acre of land was sold the The Newark & Sherwood Primary Care Trust who built a large health centre for the village.

Work commenced in January 2009 to extend the Cemetery. The area has now been fenced off and a new gated entrance installed. It is the Council's intention to construct a new loop road during the next financial year.
