Council's Publication Scheme
The Parish Council has a Publication Scheme which outlines documents readily
available without question to the public upon request. The Scheme was approved
by the Information Commissioner’s Office in January 2004. Copies of the
following documents are therefore readily available upon request:
Agendas, supporting papers for meetings (limited in each case to the forthcoming
meeting).
Terms of reference for Committees.
Fees and charges applied by the Council.
Byelaws.
Council Newsletters.
Allotment plan and agreement.
Cemetery plan and general policy.
Members Declaration of Acceptance of Office and Register of Members Interest
Book.
Accounts documents – restricted to the last financial year.
Risk Assessments.
